The Town of Georgetown Redevelopment Commission is looking for entrepreneurs to transform existing buildings into operating businesses. Competitions will be held for each building in front of a panel of judges. Winning teams will begin negotiations with building owners, receive start-up capital, and a Facade Grant to transform the building’s appearance.
